The content of each newsletter is organized into the following primary categories:
Announcements: News items to keep colleagues informed of faculty accomplishments, administrative changes, system upgrades, and bulletins from the UCF campuses and beyond
Instructional Designer Tips: Advice from the Instructional Design team for efficiently managing course components, integrating new learning tools, ensuring student mastery of course content, and other tips for enhancing online instruction
Faculty Support Events: Conferences, seminars, workshops and other professional development opportunities sponsored by UCF, regional, and national organizations
Teaching and Technology: Articles, guest contributions, references, links, and a variety of information of interest to faculty who teach and develop online courses
Faculty Spotlight: Faculty share innovative uses of emerging technologies, best practices” in online teaching, curriculum development strategies, and other creative applications of pedagogy to improve learning outcomes
